Job summary

IOR Direct Solutions is seeking an experienced international freight professional to manage air export and import operations across APAC/EMEA. You will handle documentation, carrier coordination, and regulatory compliance from origin to final delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in freight forwarding with strong communication across time zones. You will liaise with carriers, brokers, and customers to ensure on-time, cost-efficient shipments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international freight forwarding or logistics operations, with air freight on APAC/EMEA lanes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet time-sensitive cut-offs across time zones.
• Experience working with air carriers, freight forwarders, brokers and Importer/Exporters of Record.
• Working knowledge of Incoterms, HS classification, duties and local taxes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end international shipments across APAC/EMEA from pre-shipment to delivery.
• Secure space with carriers, coordinate routing, cut-offs and pickups.
• Prepare MAWB/HAWB, pre-alerts, invoices, packing lists and LC documents.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and discrepancies, ensure compliant documentation.
• Coordinate IOR/EOR requirements, permits, licenses and certifications.
• Maintain relationships with customers, agents, carriers and forwarding partners.
