Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–5 years’ experience handling Air Exports shipments.
• Knowledge of US export compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate documentation for air export activities.
• Coordinate cargo pickup and monitor status.
• Communicate with authorities, customers and suppliers.
• Maintain carrier and vendor rates; obtain spot rates.
• Create customer files and perform invoicing approval.
• Complete AES filings and track shipments.
