Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Specialist II in the United States to manage international air freight shipments, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. You will coordinate with customers, U.S.

CBP, and other agencies to meet service commitments, while providing proactive updates and handling documentation with accuracy. Responsibilities include processing documents, issuing quotes, accessing CEVA systems for status updates, and arranging releases as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international air freight shipments and act as the single point of contact between customers, USCBP, and agencies to meet service commitments.
• Provide timely customer service by updating clients on shipment status and routing inquiries to the appropriate broker or team lead.
• Review and process import/export documents for assigned accounts and interface with CEVA systems for updates and communications.
• Obtain necessary releases from authorities and ensure invoicing is completed accurately and on time.
• Manage pre-alerts to verify freight arrivals and ensure air documents are received within required timeframes.
