Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Air Export Supervisor - Aerospace to lead the Aviation export team, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and top-tier service for internal and external customers. You will supervise 2-6 staff, coordinate with Branch Manager, and monitor documentation, training, and performance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience and at least 1 year of supervision; a Bachelor's in international business or logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with four years related experience; supervisory experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Transportation or Finance preferred.
• Five+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Ability to read/interpret safety rules and write routine reports; strong communication skills.
• Working knowledge of ITAR, Import Brokerage, Export Compliance, Hazmat Regulations and recordkeeping; certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee departmental operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Provide supervision and training for staff; conduct meetings to address performance and improvements.
• Oversee shipment documentation for accuracy; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify process improvements and monitor team performance against standards.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager and Air Export Manager; participate in projects.
