Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing movement through transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on status.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and trade laws.
