Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written).
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, exceptional problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate all jobs under the proper and timely usage of the company internal system, including data and sales/costs entry.
• Maintain services toward customer satisfaction through good communication and coordination with customers, carriers and partners.
• Coordinate Air Export shipments with customers and Dimerco offices to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare shipment documentation and related notes; send pre-alerts to overseas agents.
• Make shipment bookings with airlines and follow up shipment information.
