Job summary

Dimerco Express Corp in the United States is seeking responsible, self-motivated individuals to join our fast-paced global shipping and logistics team. We offer professional training, growth opportunities, and a clear path to career success.

You will operate our internal system for data and costs entry, coordinate with customers and carriers, and support air export shipments daily. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with benefits and opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented, self-motivated, exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Exceptional listening, verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• To operate all jobs under the proper & timely usage of company internal system, include data & costs entry
• Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business suppliers/partners
• Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis
• Generate shipment Debit Note
• Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
• Make shipment booking with airlines
• Follow-up & update shipment information related to Air Export & Brokerage
• Monthly Close Lot Air Export
• Understand, apply and enforce all rules and regulations applicable to the job and compliant with all parties involved TSA, KSMS, ACE, D/G all as needed
• Assist and support sales and customer service with free hand and routed shipments
• Any other assignments from the management if needed
