Qualifications

• General accounting, AR/AP experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• AR/AP/GL/ACS accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Accounts receivable management and reporting
• Check preparation, deposit and bank reconciliation
• Issue checks to Vendors and Employees' reimbursement.
• Posting of Approved Costs and DNs by Month-End to facilitate Closing.
• Assist in Financial Reporting for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Close.
• Other assignment from the management whenever if necessary.
