the company is seeking a senior account leader to manage a portfolio of multi-modal partner accounts, including nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. You will lead RFP bids and renewals, become a strategic partner, and drive growth across the company.org product suite.

You will collaborate across functions and mentor teammates, leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline processes and improve outcomes for partners worldwide.

Formación

• 5+ years in account management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal partner accounts.
• Lead RFP bids and contract renewals end-to-end.
• Serve as a strategic partner to nonprofits, NGOs, and mission-driven organizations.
• Lead high-impact business reviews with market context and tailored recommendations.
• Drive expansion across the product suite to meet growth and retention targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Trade Lane Management and other teams.
• Mentor account teammates and share playbooks to raise the team’s game.
• Use AI-enabled tools to automate and improve internal and partner-facing processes.
