Flexport.org, the humanitarian arm of Flexport, seeks a Global Aid Account Manager to own and grow complex nonprofit accounts across ocean, air, trucking, and customs. You will shape partnerships, drive cost savings, speed, and impact, leading strategic reviews with senior stakeholders.

You will work with Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Trade Lane teams to deliver tailored solutions while mentoring peers and using AI tools to improve processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in account management or partner-facing roles.
• Experience in logistics or humanitarian aid preferred.
• Fluent knowledge of ocean, air, trucking, and customs.
• Ability to operate without a playbook in ambiguous situations.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal Flexport.org partner accounts.
• Lead RFP bids and contract renewals end-to-end.
• Serve as a true strategic partner to nonprofits and mission-driven orgs, optimizing supply chains.
• Lead high-impact business reviews (QBRs/MBRs) with market context and actionable recommendations.
• Drive expansion across Flexport's full product suite to meet growth and retention targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Legal, Trade Lane Management, and other Flexport.org teams to align solutions.
