Job summary

Flexport.org seeks a proactive account leader to own end-to-end relationships with nonprofit and mission-driven partners. You will manage multi-modal operations, lead RFPs and renewals, and identify cost savings and capability enhancements across the portfolio.

You will be a strategic thinker, guiding partner engagements with data-driven reviews and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and retention in a heavily regulated, humanitarian-focused space.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, business development, or a similar partner-facing role, with logistics or humanitarian focus preferred.
• Independently manage and grow a complex, multi-product book of business.
• Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across multiple modes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex Flexport.org partner accounts across multiple shipping modes.
• Lead RFP bids and contract renewals end-to-end.
• Serve as a strategic partner to nonprofits and mission-driven organizations; identify cost savings and speed improvements.
