Cloudera seeks a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global commercial and operational initiatives accelerating Private AI growth. You will establish governance rhythms, analyze customer progression, and partner with field teams to prioritize high-ROI workloads across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills, with a proven ability to scope complex, ambiguous strategic challenges and identify root causes within technical go-to-market organizations.
• Highly analytical and adept at leveraging CRM data and customer insights to generate and validate strategic hypotheses regarding enterprise AI adoption.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, technical leaders, and regional sales VPs, turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive Global Governance & Operating Rhythms for the Applied AI organization across regions.
• Manage the AI Adoption Funnel from Discovery to Production.
• Build and standardize strategic metrics for subscription and consumption-based Private AI adoption.
• Analyze ecosystem partnerships and co-deployment strategies to maximize ARR.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to codify repeatable delivery patterns across teams.
