Job summary

Cloudera is seeking a Manager, Applied AI Strategy and Operations to lead global programs that accelerate Private AI growth. You will partner with field teams to translate technical signals into strategic actions and drive governance across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

In this high-autonomy role, you will synthesize data and forecasts to guide executives and shape cross-functional initiatives, including pipeline analyses, portfolio reviews, and resource planning.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and structuring skills for ambiguous strategic challenges.
• Analytical approach using CRM data and customer insights to test hypotheses.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and regional sales leaders with clear storylines.
• Experience with enterprise data management and hybrid cloud concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with GTM systems and BI tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead global governance and operating rhythms for the Applied AI org across regions.
• Track the AI adoption funnel and optimize progression through defined stages.
• Structure analytical frameworks for account prioritization and workload impact.
• Define and standardize KPIs around Private AI adoption and ARR growth.
• Analyze ecosystem partners and revenue-sharing models for go-to-market alignment.
• Pilot scalable processes for tracking allocations and productization.
• Build business cases and models to support investments and headcount planning.
