Job summary

RWS in Chicago invites a Solutions Consultant for the TrainAI group to serve as the cornerstone for AI data services solutions worldwide. You will support sales, help solve complex customer problems, and establish best practices for qualifying, solutioning, and closing new opportunities, including proof-of-concepts and transition to global production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required; 4+ years in services-oriented solution & technical pre/post sales solutioning.
• Experience in AI/data services is highly preferred; strong communication with stakeholders is essential.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) and ability to build long-lasting partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: serve as technical contact for clients, aligning with their business goals and data needs.
• Solution Development: design scalable data acquisition/annotation workflows, present custom solutions and integration strategies.
• Pre-Sales Engagement: respond to RFPs/RFIs, deliver compelling proposals and demonstrations.
• Strategic Planning: adapt plans to client goals and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Team Collaboration: work with global teams across services, sales, and technical functions.
• Industry Engagement: represent RWS at events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Strategic Industry Advisory: identify trends to shape engagement and sales strategy.
