Job summary

RWS is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its TrainAI group to drive data services solutions globally. You will support sales, solve complex client problems, and establish best practices for qualifying, solutioning, and closing new business.

You’ll set up proofs-of-concept and transition projects to production teams for scale. Requirements include 4+ years in services-oriented solutioning, strong English communication, and expertise with SQL/BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 4+ years of experience in services-oriented solution & technical pre/post sales solutioning.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies; data service experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact easily with customer stakeholders. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to establish and to keep long-lasting relationships with business partners, both internal and external.
• Strategic thinking, business oriented, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Analytical approach with strong data analysis skills - experience in using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is preferred.
• Thrive in fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment, skillfully multitasking and delivering results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key technical point of contact for clients, supporting their goals and technical requirements for training data needs in ML.
• Design and implement scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows; build and present custom solutions.
• Lead responses to customer RFPs/RFIs and design solution proposals; deliver presentations and demos aligned with client objectives.
• Develop and adapt strategic plans to align with client goals and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with globally dispersed client services teams, sales, and technical groups to ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements to showcase thought leadership.
• Proactively identify trends to shape customer engagement and sales strategy.
