Job summary

RWS TrainAI seeks a Solutions Consultant to advance AI data services strategies and support customers worldwide. You will assist sales, solve complex problems, and help qualify and close opportunities while coordinating with global teams to scale implementations.

Strong communication, strategic thinking, and data-analysis skills are essential; experience with SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is preferred. This role emphasizes work-life balance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required; business or technical field preferred.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and teams.
• Experience in data services, AI or ML contexts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for client engagements and pre/post sales.
• Design scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and deliver compelling demos.
• Collaborate across global teams to tailor solutions.
• Identify trends to inform sales and technology strategy.
