Job summary

RWS TrainAI group in Massachusetts is seeking a Solutions Consultant to help shape AI data services solutions, support sales, and solve complex customer problems. As a Solution Architect, you’ll establish best practices and set up proofs-of-concept to transition projects to global production teams.

You will engage clients, design scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and collaborate across global teams to drive strategic initiatives and long-term customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in services-oriented solution and pre/post sales.
• Experience with AI/data services preferred.
• Strong English communication with clients.
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with partners.
• Analytical thinker with proficiency in BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical point of contact for clients’ data training needs.
• Design and implement scalable data acquisition and annotation workflows.
• Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and present solutions.
• Develop strategic plans aligning with client goals.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Represent the organization at industry events and advisory roles.
