Job summary

Zendesk seeks a senior leader to accelerate AI adoption and drive multi-year AI roadmaps for strategic customers. You will align Product, Services, Sales, and Partners to scale safe, scalable AI programs and protect renewals while driving growth.

You will partner with executives to co-create AI strategies, lead deployment reviews, and ensure engagement across teams. This hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on governance and data-driven impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in Customer Success/Experience; 1+ year AI experience
• GTM/CS roles in enterprise tech/SaaS (CSM, PS, TAC, or solutions engineering)
• Experience using adoption/health analytics to forecast churn and expansion
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees; AI strategy/PM certifications preferred
• Experience managing AI/software adoption programs with measurable impact
• Experience designing/ executing success plans or roadmaps
• Excellent program management and cross-functional influence
• Familiarity with emerging AI trends
• Ability to distill complex AI concepts for exec stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own design and delivery of AI adoption/expansion roadmaps for key customers
• Serve as design authority for AI deployments and guide integration/ config
• Partner with executives to craft forward-looking AI strategy and vision
• Align Product, PS, Sales, Success and other teams to AI roadmap
• Coordinate activities, identify risks early, allocate resources
• Maintain recurring cadence for mutual AI roadmaps and renewal plans
• Own channel strategy for AI adoption and partner engagement
• Use data to track adoption, health scores, retention and expansion
