Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set the global AI Services Consulting strategy and operating model, including portfolio and governance.
• Own portfolio capacity, prioritization, and commercial performance to drive margin and value.
• Create executive accountability for outcomes and connect AI delivery to customer value.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Finance.
• Build leadership bench with clear expectations, coaching, and succession planning.
