Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Security Operations & Crisis Management to lead the enterprise Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT) and coordinate incidents through recovery and closure. You will drive AI-enabled operations, crisis readiness, and collaborations with Investigations, Threat Hunting & Forensics, and enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, crisis management, or related areas.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams and global operations.
• Experience leading significant cybersecurity incidents with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing SOC/CIRT/MDR or similar operational capability.
• Experience implementing or governing AI-enabled workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CIRT operations with follow-the-sun coverage and incident lifecycle management.
• Oversee managed detection and response providers, budgets, and commitments.
• Advance AI-assisted triage, investigations, and decision support with auditable processes.
• Own Cyber Defense digital twin roadmap, use cases, requirements, and adoption.
• Direct incident response and engage Investigations, Threat Hunting & Forensics when required.
• Monitor response time, escalation quality, and service levels; drive improvements.
• Own detection content lifecycle including rule development and tuning.
• Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Management, and Security Engineering.
