Job summary

Richemont Americas is seeking an experienced AI Cyber Lead to drive AI security capabilities within the CSIRT. You will bridge between security teams and AI platforms, shaping agentic AI solutions across Cortex XSIAM, XDR, and related tools.

Based in New York, you will own AI use cases, conduct threat modeling, and guide secure-by-default implementation while coordinating with Threat Hunting, Forensics, and Group Security Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in security tech environments with AI/ML usage in security.
• Hands-on with agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, multi-agent orchestration and tool-using agents.
• Experience in production security environments and governance of AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven design, prototyping, and implementation for CSIRT AI capabilities.
• Architect agentic AI workflows with secure-by-default patterns and guardrails.
• Collaborate with Threat Hunting, Threat Intel, Red Team, and Group Security Technology.
• Provide mentorship and documentation for safe AI adoption.
