Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, AI Security Operations & Crisis Management to lead the global Cyber Incident Response Team, oversee threat containment and recovery, and steer AI-enabled investigations, threat hunting, and forensics across enterprise partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response.
• 5+ years in leadership managing global teams.
• Experience with AI-enabled security workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CIRT operations with follow-the-sun coverage and escalation.
• Oversee managed detection and response providers and budgets.
• Advance AI-assisted triage, investigations, and documentation.
