Stryker is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader to oversee global CIRT operations, incident response, and crisis management. The role requires coordinating with executives, legal, communications, and engineering teams to ensure readiness and effective response across geographies.

The position emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, governance, and a roadmap for cyber defense capabilities, with a focus on measurable outcomes and auditable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a cybersecurity-related field.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, crisis management, or enterprise service delivery.
• 5+ years of leadership overseeing technical teams and global operations.
• Experience leading significant cybersecurity incidents with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global CIRT operations including follow-the-sun coverage and containment.
• Oversee managed detection and response providers with governance and budgets.
• Advance AI-enabled triage, investigation, and response with auditable processes.
• Own the Cyber Defense digital twin roadmap and define use cases and adoption.
• Direct incident response and engage Investigations, Threat Hunting & Forensics.
• Lead executive briefings and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Build CIRT leadership depth through coaching and development.
