Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-value AI/OCI customers with a non-transactional engagement model.
• Drive health, performance, and cost efficiency of large OCI environments.
• Translate customer growth into infrastructure plans across compute, storage, and networking.
• Coordinate across engineering, data center operations, networking, support, and sales.
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and manage usage, SLAs, and invoicing.
