Job summary

KEMET Electronics Corporation, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking a Global Account Manager onsite in Milpitas, CA to lead a strategic AI infrastructure customer. You will craft global account strategy, drive platform-level design wins, and coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to convert roadmaps into scalable Total Solution opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in electronics/semiconductor or related field with at least 5 years in strategic/global account management.
• Proven success managing a Tier-1 global OEM, cloud service provider, or AI/ HPC customer.
• Track record of securing design wins, growing multi-million-dollar business, and influencing stakeholders in matrixed global organizations.
• Experience coordinating US engineering teams, global sourcing, and Asia-based ODM/EMS/manufacturing partners.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and QBR leadership skills.
• Technical fluency to discuss customer architecture, product roadmaps, qualification requirements, and system-level value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year global account plan to expand revenue and total solution adoption.
• Drive platform-level design-in and design-win strategies across AI compute, networking, power delivery, and related hardware.
• Coordinate US engineering with Asia ODM/EMS and manufacturing partners for transition to mass production.
• Serve as the global lead for executive stakeholders and lead high-impact QBRs and roadmap reviews.
• Own global pricing strategy, multi-year contracts, revenue planning, and demand forecasting.
• Translate customer architecture and roadmaps into actionable product priorities for YAGEO units.
• Build and manage a global opportunity pipeline from architecture engagement to mass production.
