Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand with over $1B in sales, seeks a Senior Procurement & Commercials Manager. You will own vendor evaluation standards, negotiation strategy, and portfolio visibility across software, shipping, logistics, agencies, manufacturers and other suppliers.

Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on role carries sole accountability for company-wide vendor negotiations with limited senior intervention. Remote-first with global teams and opportunities to Dubai office are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, vendor management or commercial negotiation.
• Ownership of negotiations across multiple supplier categories with measurable outcomes.
• Attention to detail and fluency in contract language.
• Strong commercial analysis and ability to challenge assumptions.
• Proficiency with AI for research, comparisons and contract analysis.
• Experience evaluating AI and software products with demos and trials.
• Execution across concurrent priorities with clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor evaluation standards and negotiation strategy for software, shipping, logistics, agencies, manufacturers and other suppliers.
• Deliver evidence-backed recommendations and secure approvals by signatories.
• Manage renewal, consolidation, replacement and exit decisions within approved authority.
• Maintain a single view of spend, usage, and notice dates with alerts.
• Partner with AI team to enable automated portfolio alerts and improvement plans.
