Job summary

VISEO Group in New York is seeking an experienced Agile Coach & Scrum Master to lead CRM delivery programs for retail clients. You will blend coaching with hands-on delivery management to ensure milestones are met while maintaining governance standards.

The role requires proven Agile delivery across CRM platforms, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work across time zones with global stakeholders. Fluent English is essential, French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Agile CRM projects.
• Certified in PSM I/CSM, SAFe Agilist or SPC.
• Global rollout experience with Salesforce, Adobe Commerce or Dynamics.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe and Kanban.
• Facilitate ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint predictability.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple time zones and retail stakeholders.
• Support governance, risk/issue tracking and reporting.
