Job summary

VISEO - Spain is seeking an Agile Coach & Scrum Master to support the retail CRM transformation and global rollout, blending Agile coaching with operational delivery management. The role is pivotal in ensuring program streams meet milestones and governance standards. Candidates should have a proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs, strong facilitation skills, and relevant certifications. Experience with Salesforce and tools like Jira and Confluence is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and French is desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Agile delivery for CRM programs (Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Dynamics).
• Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills; pragmatic and operational mindset.
• Comfortable working in distributed, multi-time-zone environments with retail stakeholders.
• Certifications: Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/CSM), SAFe Agilist or SPC, Agile Project Management.
• Languages: English fluent; French desirable for global coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support our client’s retail CRM transformation and global rollout.
• Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban; driving maturity uplift and continuous improvement.
• Facilitation of ceremonies, backlog refinement, dependency resolution, and sprint predictability tracking.
