Job summary

JNIT INC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach in St. Louis, MO, to guide agile transformations and mentor teams. The ideal candidate will lead organizational change, coach business leaders, and facilitate planning sessions.

With at least 5 years of agile experience and strong communication skills, you'll help teams adopt Agile frameworks and achieve business agility. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Enterprise Agile Coach

Duration: Contract to hire

Locations: St. Louis, MO OR Franklin Lakes, NJ

General Summary

We are looking to add a highly experienced, Enterprise Agile Coach to our team. You will be involved in guiding an agile transformation for enterprise organizations. This will require servant leadership, organizational development, outstanding facilitation, conflict resolution skills and deep experience mentoring Coaches, Product Owners, and Executive Leadership across the business organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Lead Agile Organizational Transformation with our business stakeholders/partners.
• Coach other Coaches, Product Owners, and business teams as they transform to agile from waterfall.
• Facilitate planning sessions at various levels, including strategic planning, road‑map, and portfolio planning.
• Coach and mentor business leaders on the organizational value to drive implementation success and overall adoption of Agile framework.
• Share agile (Scrum) and/or Kanban best practices through informal communication and/or formal training sessions.
• Facilitate and support organization through Storming, Norming and Forming stages of various new and existing teams.
• Passion for business agility and visualization of business value.
• Provide leadership through hands on collaborative exercises, activities, training and workshops.
• Agile Portfolio coaching of one or more business portfolios.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four‑year college or university; or 4+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Willing to travel.
• 5+ years of agile/scrum experience.
• 2+ years of agile portfolio coaching experience OR 2+ years of experience working in a product organization in a product management role.
• Experience with various frameworks a plus: SAFe, Kanban, Lean.
• CSP accreditation by the Scrum Alliance would be a plus.
• Fluent in story mapping and MVP identification.
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization from the team to C‑suite.
• 10+ years of Software Product Development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
