Pinterest seeks a Sr. Agency Lead to grow its Global agency business. You will be the primary contact for listed agencies, leveraging executive relationships and Pinterest ad-platform expertise to turn partners into advocates and drive revenue.

You will work with engineering and product to scope integrations, translate goals into technical requirements, and measure impact with data. You will lead with a strategic mindset, engage with agency and tech partners, and stay ahead of new Pinterest ad

Qualifications

• 15+ years of digital advertising agency and agency sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrates curiosity for AI tools to improve productivity (campaign setup, reporting, client communications).
• Experience working with executive-level leaders within agency organisations with a customer focus.
• Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines with forward-looking predictability.
• Independent, business-focused creative thinker, able to work with partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Drive incremental and new business revenue with top agencies.
• Build relationships at the c-level and educate agencies to master the Pinterest ad platform.
• Lead the technical integration of martech and API solutions across agency tech stacks.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to scope and deliver integrations.
• Demonstrate impact with metrics and market feedback.
• Keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings.
• Track and communicate key metrics and trends related to agency relationships.
