Flowserve is seeking a Global Product Manager / Offering Manager to lead the commercial strategy for the Aftermarket Parts product family within the Flow Control Division. This role owns lifecycle, profitability, and the commercial framework of aftermarket parts, including pricing and EOL transitions, while partnering with global teams and expanding e-commerce channels.

The position requires 5+ years in aftermarket commercial operations or product management in heavy industrial manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Responsabilités

• Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket parts across Flow Control (valves, actuators).
• Design, package, and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages to drive customer reliability and streamline plant turnaround ordering.
