Flowserve US Inc. seeks a Global Product Manager / Offering Manager to lead the aftermarket parts business across the Flow Control Division.

You will own lifecycle, profitability, and global commercial strategy for aftermarket parts, including kitting programs, pricing models, and EOL transitions. You will partner with Global Services & Solutions, Certified Service Centers, and regional teams to expand go-to-market models, including digital channels, and build a five-year roadmap driven by VoC

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Aftermarket Commercial Operations, Product/Offering Management, Aftermarket Supply Chain, or Technical Sales within heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a commercial, marketing, or offering management role delivering measurable revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket replacement parts across Flow Control.
• Design, package, and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages to drive reliability and order value.
• Lead strategic pricing models, value-based pricing, and margin initiatives to improve profitability.
• Formulate end-of-life and mature product strategies with global supply chain alignment.
• Advance go-to-market channel strategies including digital e-commerce and company facilities.
• Establish a five-year strategic roadmap using VoC and market insights to grow market share.
• Collaborate with supply chain, sales engineering, and service centers to align inventory and fulfillment.
