Flowserve Corporation, a global leader in pumps, valves, seals, and aftermarket services, seeks a Global Product Manager for Aftermarket Parts to own the lifecycle and profitability of the Parts family within Flow Control (Valves & Automation).

You will define the global commercial roadmap, drive pricing, and coordinate with service centers, supply chain, and regional teams while expanding e-commerce channels and go-to-market models to grow aftermarket revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years in Aftermarket Commercial Operations, Product/Offering Management, Aftermarket Supply Chain, or Technical Sales within heavy industrial manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a commercial, marketing, or offering management role delivering revenue growth and margin expansion.
• Commercial & Lifecycle acumen in spare parts packaging, kitting strategies, pricing tiers, or lifecycle/EOL governance.
• Industry background in Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Power Generation, Energy, or Flow Control sectors.

Responsabilités

• Parts Portfolio Strategy: Own and execute the global commercial and growth strategy for aftermarket replacement parts across Flow Control.
• Kitting & Solutions Development: Design and scale standardized maintenance kits and repair packages to drive reliability and order value.
• Pricing & Margin Optimization: Lead pricing models, value-based pricing, and margin defense initiatives.
• Lifecycle & EOL Management: Formulate end-of-life and mature product strategies with global supply chain.
• Channel & E-Commerce Expansion: Expand go-to-market channels including digital platforms.
• Multi-Year Strategic Roadmap: Maintain a five-year roadmap using VoC and market insights to capture global share.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Align parts availability with supply chain and regional teams.
