Job summary

Ethos A&C, a Wencor Company, seeks a Sales & Commercial Director to lead global sales and business development. You will shape commercial strategy, manage a high-performing team, and strengthen customer relationships across aerospace, industrial, and defense sectors.

You will develop strategies, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive revenue growth while traveling as needed to service key accounts and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams in aerospace, defense, power generation, or related industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of gas turbines and aircraft engines, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services.
• Experience driving revenue growth and market expansion across global accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve revenue objectives.
• Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand market share.
• Manage key customer accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee the complete sales process from prospecting to contract execution.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support relationships.
