Job summary

B&H Worldwide is seeking an Operations Coordinator in the United States to manage import/export shipments end-to-end, ensuring Best in Class service for aerospace logistics customers. You will operate within the Export & Import Operations team, coordinating AES filings, customs entries, and communications with customers and suppliers.

Working hours are Sunday to Thursday, 0800hrs to 1700hrs, with responsibilities spanning documentation, scheduling, and high-volume shipment handling to uphold B&H

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with sharp attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of Import/Export processes.
• Strong understanding of US customs law and procedures.
• Experience with Cargowise and Dangerous Goods compliance.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Complete shipments from start to finish with excellent service.
• Update workflow notes in the Company system to track shipments.
• Coordinate cost-effective dispatch per customer instructions.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure costs are provided at booking.
• Manage documentation for import activities and AES filings.
• Ensure customs entries are completed per customer SOP.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Transport for imports/exports.
• Handle special shipments (AOG) with priority.
