Job summary

Stryker Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to own the AEMaaCS platform across Sites, Assets, and translation workflows for global sites. You will lead a cross-functional team of architects, developers, DevOps, and analytics consultants while partnering with Digital Marketing to drive scalable content and fast time-to-market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in IT/digital development with people leadership experience.
• 7+ years delivering AEM (6.x or AEMaaCS) in a global enterprise.
• 5+ years leading MSM/translation, DAM architecture, and WebSDK integrations.
• 2+ years managing global SI partners and hybrid delivery models.
• 2+ years working with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, CDP, Commerce).
• 5+ years in SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, IT QMS/regulatory (SOX, privacy).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for global sites.
• Lead architecture governance for templates, components, and translations.
• Drive modernization and globalization to enable scalable content authoring and insights.
• Ensure integration between AEM and Workfront, Analytics, Marketo, Target, and Real-Time CDP.
• Oversee CI/CD, release management, and AEM deployment schedules with DevOps & SI partners.
• Collaborate with AI initiatives to leverage generative capabilities within governance.
• Ensure compliance with IT QMS, SOX, privacy, and cybersecurity standards.
