Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, EDT Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to own end-to-end platform delivery of AEMaaCS powering Stryker.com and 50+ country sites. You will lead a team of AEM architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and analytics consultants, partnering with Digital Marketing, Marketing Ops, and external SI to drive scalable content authoring and globalization.

This role drives modernization, integration with Workfront, Analytics, WebSDK, Target, and Real-Time CDP, while ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years of IT and/or digital application development experience with leadership.
7+ years delivering and operating AEM solutions in a global enterprise.
5+ years leading MSM/translation strategies and DAM architecture.
2+ years managing global SI and hybrid delivery models.
2+ years broader Adobe Experience Cloud experience preferred.
5+ years with SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD and IT QMS/regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across sites and DAM.
Lead architecture governance for component libraries, templates, and translations.
Drive modernization to enable scalable content authoring, globalization, and analytics.
Ensure seamless integration with Workfront, Analytics, WebSDK, Marketo, Target and CDP tools.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and AEM deployment schedules.
Mentor leads and teams across onshore/offshore delivery and managed services.
