Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, EDT Adobe Experience Manager (AEMaaCS) to own the platform end-to-end and drive global delivery across 50+ country sites.

You will lead a cross-functional team of architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and analytics consultants, partner with Digital Marketing and Marketing Operations, ensure compliance, and advance AI-enabled content workflows in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years IT/digital development experience.
• 7+ years delivering and operating AEM solutions in a global enterprise.
• 5+ years leading MSM/translation strategies, DAM architecture, and WebSDK integrations.
• 2+ years coordinating global system integrators and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Lead architecture governance for component library, templates, and translations.
• Drive modernization to enable scalable content authoring and analytics.
• Ensure integration with Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Target, Real-Time CDP, and more.
• Oversee CI/CD, release management, and deployment schedules with DevOps partners.
• Mentor leads and analysts across build and run teams (onshore/offshore).
• Ensure IT QMS, SOX, privacy and cybersecurity compliance.
