Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Manager, EDT Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to own the AEMaaCS platform across Stryker.com and 50+ country sites. You will partner with Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, and external partners to drive scalable content, globalization, and insights while leading a team of architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and analytics consultants.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT and/or digital application development, including people leadership.
7+ years delivering and operating AEM solutions in a global enterprise.
5+ years leading MSM/translation strategies, DAM architecture, component-based design, and WebSDK integrations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, lifecycle, and roadmap.
Lead governance for templates, language-copy rollouts, and MSM across 50+ country sites.
Drive modernization, migrations, and data-driven marketing analytics.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and QA standards.
Collaborate with Workfront, Analytics, Target, and CDP platforms.
Mentor leads and analysts across onshore and offshore teams.
