Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Manager to own the end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy for Stryker.com and 50+ country sites. You will lead a team of architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and analytics partners to ensure scalable content authoring, globalization, and advanced marketing analytics across Adobe Experience Cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities include governance of templates, live-copy, and translation; modernization efforts; and seamless integration with Workfront, Adobe

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in IT/digital app development with people leadership.
• 7+ years delivering AEM solutions in global enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Lead MSM/translation, DAM architecture, and integration with Adobe Cloud.
• Drive modernization, CI/CD, and quality/release governance.
• Mentor leads and manage onshore/offshore delivery teams.
