Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior AEM/Content Management Lead to guide large-scale digital content initiatives and align business needs with technical delivery.

You will own backlogs, drive migration strategies, and collaborate with global teams to implement modern content delivery patterns, including headless CMS and edge delivery services (EDS). This role requires strong SDLC, Agile, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations.
• 3+ years delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other WCM platforms.
• 2+ years serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst.
• 3+ years working with AEM Sites and Assets, including migrations, taxonomy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities and guide design and implementation of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, facilitate backlog sessions, and drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, metadata mapping, governance, and migration execution planning.
• Provide insights and recommendations on AEM best practices and governance across global digital strategy and platform management.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical resources to ensure understood requirements and dependencies.
