Job summary

Stryker seeks a Senior Manager to own the AEMaaCS platform powering Stryker.com and 50+ country sites. Lead a team of AEM architects, developers, DevOps, QA, and analytics consultants to enable scalable content authoring, globalization, and marketing insights.

You will drive strategy, governance, and modernization while ensuring seamless integrations with Workfront, Analytics, Target, and Real-Time CDP, and compliance with IT QMS, SOX, and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years IT/digital development.
• 7+ years delivering and operating AEM solutions in a global enterprise.
• 5+ years leading MSM/translation strategies and DAM architecture.
• 2+ years managing global system integrators and hybrid delivery.
• 5+ years of SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and IT regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AEMaaCS platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Lead governance for templates, live-copy, and language-rollouts.
• Drive modernization to enable scalable content authoring and analytics.
• Ensure integration with Workfront, Analytics, Target, and CDP.
• Oversee CI/CD, release management, and deployment schedules.
