Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior digital platform specialist in New York to drive Adobe Experience Manager implementations, governance, and modern delivery approaches. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage backlogs, and ensure alignment with business objectives across multi-channel deployments.

The role requires extensive experience with AEM Sites/Assets, content migration, taxonomy, and metadata strategy, including headless and edge delivery patterns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading full lifecycle digital platform implementations using SDLC methodologies.
• 3+ years delivering or re-launching Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other Web Content Management platforms.
• 2+ years serving as a functional lead, product owner, or business analyst; translating requirements into user stories and managing backlogs.
• 3+ years experience with AEM Sites and Assets, content migration, taxonomy and metadata strategy, governance, and modern delivery approaches (headless CMS, EDS).

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform analysis of content management activities; guide design and implementation of AEM applications.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs; drive feature prioritization aligned to business objectives.
• Lead content migration strategy including inventory, metadata mapping, governance and planning.
• Provide insights on AEM best practices and guide client teams for optimal decisions.
• Serve as SME for integration points, workflows, and platform governance.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Agile development and user story/backlog management.
