Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise or Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales.
• Experience selling ad solutions to large, multi-stakeholder brands or global organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Own the end-to-end global ads sales strategy across complex cycles and internal teams.
• Pitch bespoke, first-to-market ad solutions and articulate technical concepts clearly.
• Build new relationships with Director, VP, and C-level marketing executives; earn trust quickly.
• Voice of the customer; provide unfiltered feedback to Product and GTM teams to shape Uber Advertising.
• Identify joint business opportunities that deliver mutual value for McDonald’s and Uber across markets.
• Create scalable sales playbooks and mentor colleagues to raise organizational performance.
• Manage execution across long-term growth and day-to-day marketplace dynamics.
