Job summary

Locala is hiring for a VP of Ad Ops in the Miami area. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in office and reports to the COO, serving as the central authority and risk owner for global trading, support ops, and insights and reporting teams.

You will define and implement centralized trading strategies, oversee delivery and performance of campaigns, uphold SLAs, and interface with local MDs and Heads of CS. 10+ years in ad ops with leadership of large teams is required, plus a strong programmatic

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic trading, or digital media, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, exchanges).
Proven track record of defining and governing centralized trading strategies across regions.
Experience managing senior leaders (e.g., Heads of Trading or Ad Ops Directors).

Responsibilities

Oversee global trading practice and implement central trading strategy.
Ensure delivery of campaigns and adherence to SLAs.
Interface with local MDs and Heads of CS; escalation point for strategic clients.
Lead cross-regional teams to optimize margin profitability.
