Job summary

Locala, the world’s leading commerce media platform, seeks a Post-Sales Account Manager for the East Coast from Miami or NYC. You will service clients, manage campaigns, and liaise with cross-functional teams to optimize performance.

With 2–3 years in Ad Tech, you’ll build strong executive relationships, deliver insightful reports, and explore opportunities for campaign upsells while maintaining strong client satisfaction in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize.
• Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Client facing experience.
• Comfortable with a start-up environment and solving global challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Locala and its customers on the East Coast.
• Develop and deliver performance reports; benchmark results against campaigns.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Build relationships with customers and key executives.
• Collaborate with trading teams to monitor campaigns and upsell.
• Address client queries and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and deliver reporting; analyze performance.
• Coordinate with design teams to deliver strong creative executions.
• Liaise with Data, Marketing, Studio and Product Services to improve customer experience and answer basic technical questions.
• This role focuses on campaigns/accounts management, not direct sales; hands-on media experience required.
