Job summary

Locala in Miami is seeking a VP Ad Ops to lead global trading, support ops and insights. You will report to the COO and guide a cross-regional team to ensure execution, accountability and governance for trading, ad ops, and reporting functions.

We look for 10+ years in ad operations, strong programmatic and stakeholder management, and a track record of scalable leadership across regions. Hybrid role with 2–3 days in office, collaboration with MDs and CS heads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ad operations, programmatic trading, or digital media.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership overseeing large/global teams.
• Deep understanding of DSPs/SSPs and mobile/location-based media.
• Proven ability to define, implement, and govern centralized trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead global trading practice and define central trading strategy.
• Manage heads of Trading, Ad Ops, and Reporting Insights.
• Ensure delivery of campaigns, adherence to SLAs, and margin profitability.
• Interface with local MDs and Heads of Customer Success; escalate strategic clients.
