Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to manage client payments, cash applications, and month-end tasks. The role supports multiple programs and partners with Clients, Program Offices, and Suppliers to ensure timely and accurate financial processing.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in Business or Accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Bonus eligible with a structured benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in Business or Accounting preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and reconcile client payments to invoices.
• Ensure supplier payments are remitted timely and accurately.
• Summarize invoices and prepare for monthly accounting/tax processes.
• Prepare supplier payment distributions for accounts payable.
• Apply customer payments to invoices in the system.
• Manage AR aging and communicate past-due invoices.
• Audit and reconcile all tax-related processes.
