Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience processing checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems like Sage Intacct, Great Plains, or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare and issue weekly check runs, ACH payments, and domestic and international wire transfers.
• Verify vendor banking information and maintain accurate payment records.
• Coordinate payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Collaborate with employees, vendors, and stakeholders regarding payment inquiries and transaction status.
• Maintain organized documentation and comply with internal controls and accounting policies.
