Job summary

ATC Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to process invoices for domestic and international locations. The role involves handling high monthly volumes across multiple ERP systems and assisting with AP queries and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AP experience in the technology sector, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Oracle or NetSuite ERP platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance or business operations.
• 2+ years AP experience in the technology industry.
• Experience with large ERP systems, Oracle preferred; NetSuite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable invoices for domestic and international locations.
• Handle monthly AP volumes (500-600 invoices) across ERP systems.
• Assist with AP query resolution and reporting (AP agings, hold reports).
• Record international VAT taxes for AP invoices accurately.
• Support AP subledger close processes and SOX controls.
